- New Youth Group Hours - Starting now (the new year) the High School and Junior High will be meeting at different times and days:
Junior High: Sundays at 9 am in the Yurt and Fridays at 6:30 pm.
High School: Sundays at 10:45 am in the main service and Tuesdays at 7 pm.
- High School Winter Camp to Tahoe. Cost is $160.

Baptisms:

- Start the New Year off right by following Jesus in water baptism on January 11th, 2009.
The Word of God says, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgivemess of your sins.
And you will receice the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38. Contact pastor Dennis to discuss baptism further.

Bell Ringing Testimonies:
|
- At 7 pm on January 9th we will be hearing bell ringing testimonies. Come and share what God has done in the lives of
His people from our church. Share your own testimony or simply listen to others and praise God for what He is doing and still has
yet to do.

Bible Quest:
|
- This study begins Sunday, January 11th during the 10:45 am service. This 11-week study, led by Mike Lynch, will dig into everything you've always wanted
to know about the bible but didn't know who to ask. Meeting in the Yurt.
|
|
|
Five Aspects of Woman:
|
- Led by Pam Wood, this class starts on January 12th and will meet on Mondays at 6:30 pm. This is a 21-week course.
|
|
|
Experiencing God
|
- This study begins Tuesday, January 13th at 12:00 noon and will run for 12 weeks. It is a powerful study and strongly recommended by our
elders. Some bible studies help people but this one changes them forever.
|
|
|
Biblical Eldership Class
|
- The class meets on Saturday mornings from 8:30 - 10:00 am beginning January 17th and is led by all of the EVC Elders. This class explores the model for church
leadership which EVC has adopted. Sign up at the Welcome Center on Sunday morning.

Men's Ministry Super Bowl Breakfast Outreach

- Bring a friend for a free breakfast and a live via satellite Pre-Super Bowl event.

- We are putting together a directory of the adults in the church. We need help with taking pictures and updating information.

Bread Ministry:

- Come join us for fellowship and service every Saturday evening at 7 pm. The Bread Ministry serves others by bagging
bread donated by Le Boulanger and putting it out on Sunday for others in the church to bless their neighbors with a Gift
